However, some people (including a few of my friends) have no desire to be early birds, so I guess it all depends on the individual and what they want to do and achieve in life. An early bird living with a night owl is of interest to me, so that might be the focus of a future post...
Thanks Craig. For me I do realize I'm happier, more productive, in a better mood and have better mental health when I am able to wake up early. Just fighting the up-hill battle against genes or habits just feels insurmountable.
I want to be an morning edge bird, I just honestly struggle being able to achieve it and moreover, to sustain it for any good amount of time. I figure there are millions of people in my shoes.
My biggest pain point is how to become a morning person if a) you are a night owl and b) you live with another night owl.
