I do not have winter in my place; it is summer 365 days a year! A consistent sleep schedule, a nutritious breakfast, and some exercise can be applicable to any season. I also love the idea of adding mindfulness practices and small treats to my routine – it's all about creating a positive and energizing start to the day, whether it's cold and dark outside or sunny like mine! Additionally, the detailed coffee post you've shared is fantastic! ☕️
